Key Responsibilities:
- Specialize in key market segments and technologies of the business, as assigned within the dedicated vertical.
- Own the go-to-market strategy plan for the assigned market/business segment.
- Conduct business strategy activities including total available market, market share, segmentation, competitive analysis, emerging trends, SWOT, and product positioning.
- Collaborate with the BU on product road mapping, new product development, and product management activities to support the assigned market.
- Work with suppliers, product management, and other product and engineering resources to clarify product and service needs, requirements, and priorities.
- Create, gain approvals for, and execute comprehensive products and service offers.
- Contribute to the development of communication programs and materials for use in business development.
- Evaluate, recommend, and manage supplier and channel programs within the assigned market.
- Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns, tools, and training programs aimed to drive increased market share and visibility for internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead market or segment-based Voice of Customer activities to capture product reception and validate new marketing opportunities.
- Build and manage influential relationships with key suppliers.
- Make joint calls with Arrow and supplier's sales personnel where it is strategically and tactically appropriate on a regular basis.
- Be involved with supplier web training for new products, new product releases, and supplier promotions, and identify market/customer penetration strategies with the appropriate products.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of IPE technologies and market trends.
- Excellent business development and strategy skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
