Position Overview

Our commitment to enhancing patient outcomes drives our mission, and we are seeking a dedicated Scrum Transformation Coach to join our team. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful change within our organization and the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver insightful coaching and constructive feedback to Scrum teams and their leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate effective communication regarding changes to leadership and stakeholders through a structured change management approach.
  • Oversee the onboarding and training of newly established Scrum teams, ensuring skill development during both initial and ongoing phases.
  • Lead multiple Scrum Transformation initiatives, guiding teams from readiness through to sustainable practices.
  • Mentor teams on agile principles and Scrum methodologies, ensuring they realize the full value of their Scrum practices.
  • Encourage the adoption of effective working practices and ensure teams benefit from Scrum ceremonies.
  • Continuously enhance training materials and strategies to empower teams in achieving their goals.
  • Act as an agile subject matter expert, providing mentorship to Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams.
  • Serve as a backup coach in various regions as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the overall success of the transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field coupled with 8 years of extensive experience managing progressively complex projects.
  • Proven track record in leading organizations through agile transformations, with substantial experience in coaching and training Scrum teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and related project management tools, alongside exceptional documentation and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation and relationship management, to drive successful outcomes.
  • In-depth understanding of agile methodologies, change management principles, and software development concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking abilities, with experience in project budgeting and financial oversight.
  • Effective leadership capabilities and the ability to influence change, collaborating with management and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in regulated environments, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and compliance adherence.
  • Ability to engage professionally with all organizational levels, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • A strong commitment to upholding all company policies and requirements.
