Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver insightful coaching and constructive feedback to Scrum teams and their leadership.
• Facilitate effective communication regarding changes to stakeholders by implementing a robust change management strategy.
• Oversee the training of newly established Scrum teams, fostering skill development during both initial and ongoing phases.
• Lead multiple Scrum Transformation initiatives, guiding teams from readiness through to sustained transformation.
• Mentor teams on agile methodologies and the principles of Scrum.
• Ensure teams extract value from Scrum practices and promote the adoption of effective work habits.
• Continuously enhance training materials and strategies to empower teams towards success.
• Act as an agile subject matter expert, offering guidance and mentorship to Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams.
• Provide backup coaching support across various regions as needed.
• Perform additional duties as required to support the overall success of transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, complemented by 8 years of progressive experience in project management.
• Proven track record in leading organizations through agile transformations, with substantial experience in coaching and training Scrum teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management systems, alongside exceptional documentation and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation and relationship management, to achieve organizational objectives.
• In-depth understanding of agile methodologies, change management, and software development principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking abilities, with experience in project budgeting and financial oversight.
• Effective leadership capabilities and the ability to influence change, collaborating with management and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated environments, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and compliance adherence.
• Ability to engage professionally with all organizational levels, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
