Position Overview

This role presents a unique opportunity to influence and drive agile practices across our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver insightful coaching and constructive feedback to Scrum teams and their leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Implement effective change management strategies to communicate transformations to leaders and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the training of newly established Scrum teams, ensuring skill development during both initial and ongoing phases.
  • Lead multiple Scrum Transformation initiatives, guiding teams from readiness through to sustainable practices.
  • Coach teams on agile methodologies and principles, ensuring they maximize the value derived from Scrum processes.
  • Refine and enhance training materials and strategies to support team success.
  • Act as an agile subject matter expert, mentoring Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams.
  • Provide backup coaching support across various regions as needed.
  • Undertake additional duties as required to contribute to the overall success of the transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, complemented by 8 years of progressive experience in project management.
  • Proven track record in leading agile transformations, with substantial experience in coaching and training Scrum teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools, alongside strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage relationships effectively to achieve objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies, change management, and software development principles.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with experience in project budgeting and financial oversight.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to influence change, working collaboratively with management and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in regulated environments, showcasing meticulous attention to detail and compliance adherence.
  • Professional interaction skills across all organizational levels, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to upholding all company policies and standards.
