Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Portfolio Lead to manage our project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will oversee project execution, resource allocation, and process optimization, working closely with stakeholders to deliver results on time and within budget.

This hands-on role requires someone who can directly impact project success, applying best practices in project and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management:
    • Manage and prioritize the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Resource Process Management:
    • Efficiently allocate resources across projects.
    • Ensure processes are in place to support smooth execution and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including legal experts.
    • Ensure clear, structured communication and manage expectations effectively.
  • Risk Performance Tracking:
    • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Track KPIs and provide regular, detailed reporting to senior management.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Apply best practices in project and portfolio management.
    • Drive continuous process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Solid track record of excellence in project management, including at least 3 years managing a project portfolio.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering them on time and within budget.
  • Experience working with legal experts and handling project contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, JIRA) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
