Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Senior SEM Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of SEM to develop and implement business strategies across brands and products, with a strong focus on the SEM channel.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop customer acquisition strategies across different products for the SEM channel, leveraging Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other Performance Marketing products and tools.
  2. Monitor sales, profitability, and target tracking on a daily basis, providing insights and recommendations to the team and internal stakeholders.
  3. Deliver performance reports and insights to promote new ideas and methods, driving business growth and improvement.
  4. Lead interactions with product owners and coordinate internally to develop an effective strategy for the SEM channel.
  5. Identify growth opportunities, test hypotheses, and scale winning tests to increase performance marketing traffic at a given target.
  6. Monitor competitive metrics, including market share and competition, proactively.
  7. Develop and deploy an effective APP and mobile strategy for the business, driving user engagement and conversion.
  8. Design and implement solutions and automation processes for operational consistency and efficiency, improving overall business performance.
