Consumer Products Marketing Intern Iberia

About the Role:
Mattel Iberia is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our Consumer Products team in Barcelona. As a Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies for all Mattel Brands in Spain and Portugal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate product approval processes with the Europe creative team.
- Support the collection of forecast and royalties reports.
- Assist in managing relationships with local and regional licensees.
- Support marketing and PR activities, including briefing and execution.
- Develop and coordinate digital and print advertising materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing or a similar department is an asset.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team player with a multicultural mindset and respectful attitude.
