Your ImpactYou will support the Consumer Products team on marketing and product development activities for all Mattel Brands (Barbie, Hot Wheels, Fisher Price, Hit Brands & new properties) for Spain & Portugal.
Main Responsibilities- Market analysis (seasonal occasions, market needs analysis, market research)
- Coordinate product approval process with Europe creative team
- Support Forecast and Royalties reports collection
- Assist in managing relationships with local and regional licensees, supporting timelines and collaboration
- Marketing & PR activities support from briefing to execution and analysis
- Creation and coordination of digital and print advertising materials and industry summit materials
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing or a related field. Previous experience in Marketing or similar departments is valuable. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Project) are also necessary.
