We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our Consumer Products and Licensing team at Scopely. This role will be responsible for developing and managing licensed consumer products, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Control and Brand Assurance: Conduct quality checks and ensure brand consistency across all licensed products.
- Product Development: Collaborate with designers, 3D modelers, and other stakeholders to develop new product concepts and prototypes.
- Design and Merchandising: Provide creative input and direction to licensees, ensuring that all products meet Scopely's brand standards.
- Licensing and Sales: Assist the Licensing Sales team in identifying potential licensing opportunities and attending industry events.
- Process Development: Develop and maintain quality control and compliance processes to ensure all products meet Scopely's standards.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product, Industrial Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in product development and licensing, with a focus on developing licensed consumer products.
- Skills: Excellent project management skills, strong understanding of branding principles, design concepts, and marketing strategies.
- Software: Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
