Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and implement a content marketing strategy to detail and amplify our perspectives across ICS and vertical markets. This includes creating informative videos, customer presentations, whitepapers, briefings, webinars, and social share ideas.
  • Technical Content: Create technical content, including ICS-specific architecture diagrams, product specification tables, standards mappings, and other useful technically-oriented material to help our customers and partners achieve successful outcomes.
  • Content Planning: Map out content needs aligned with proof of concept and customer work to ensure we have the right piece, at the right time, for the right purpose.
  • Outbound Marketing: Travel to events and trade shows to evangelize our technology, raise awareness, and bring in leads. Serve as a trade press spokesperson.
  • Customer Advocacy: Use your content and outbound experience to assist with proof of concepts and other customer-facing efforts. Back up the core team to delight customers and document customer needs.
  • Product Management: Tap into your product management skills to understand product status, features, and development cycles to support our Chief Product Officer. Document release notes, user guides, or other content to support our product team.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of ICS and security markets.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with content marketing and technical writing.
