Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical assistance to our valued customers, ensuring their environments are secure and running smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers and partners, addressing complex post-sales concerns and analyzing situations or data to identify solutions.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to create a transparent environment that leads to better products, working environments, and cybersecurity.
  • Develop and publish technical documentation, including support bulletins and knowledge base articles.
  • Review and update technical documentation for training materials, marketing collateral, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Travel to customer sites to expedite resolution of critical issues.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and Authentication Protocols.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and detail complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network with key contacts and detail technical information to both technical and non-technical professionals.
