Apleona Facility Management is a dynamic and multifaceted organization seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Help Desk and Reception department. This role involves handling various responsibilities, including managing events for one of our international clients.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and versatile individual to manage requests, issues, and inquiries related to our services via email, phone calls, and direct user requests. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Contacting relevant teams to facilitate required services
- Providing general information to users and managing visitor reception
- Maintaining the telephone and fax directory of personnel
- Efficiently managing phone calls, emails, and general inquiries while ensuring excellent customer service
- Handling work orders, receiving, processing, and assigning them to the corresponding departments
- Supporting event management by organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and other special events
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar roles
- Training as an Administrative Assistant or similar qualification
- Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to make decisions and provide clarity in challenging situations
- Capacity to manage change rapidly and efficiently
