We are currently looking for a Sales Support professional to join our team at Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions in San Fernando de Henares. This role will be responsible for supporting the sales team in various tasks, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales and invoices accurately and on time
- Draft sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence
- Make standard calculations to compile and report statistics
- Answer internal and customer enquiries on service and product availability, prices, delivery times, and order status
- Communicate with staff from other areas to confirm order status and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain customer records, track order status and deliveries, and generate reports
Requirements:
- FP 2 Mechanical or administration degree
- 4 years of experience in contract management support or sales support role
- Strong alignment with Sandvik Core values
- SAP or similar experience
- Good communication and attention to detail skills
- Good knowledge of Excel and English/Spanish language
