Viking Sprinkler, S.A. - Viking Iberica is looking for an experienced technical customer service representative to join our regional team in Madrid. As a key member of our EMEA development plans, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in the French speaking market.
**Job Summary:**
- Mainly focusing on French speaking customers, you will provide excellent support and full solutions to enhance sales over the phone.
- Manage and follow up the end-to-end process, from product selection, quoting, sales order entry to delivery of materials.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- First point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
**Requirements:**
- Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management software.
