Your Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to join our team as a Corporate Counsel - IT Law. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our legal capabilities and providing expert advice on IT law, data protection law, and contract law.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies to support the growth and development of our business, particularly in the areas of IT law, data protection law, and contract law.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to our teams on legal matters related to IT law, data protection law, and contract law.
  • Collaborate with our international teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the EMEA and US regions.
  • Review and negotiate IT contracts with our customers and partners, ensuring that our interests are protected and our business needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations, and provide recommendations for updates to our policies and procedures.

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced legal professional with a strong background in IT law, contract law, and data protection law. You should have:

  • A Master of Laws (LL.M.) or second state examination, and be a corporate counsel/in-house lawyer or a lawyer.
  • Substantial professional experience in IT law, contract law, and data protection law, preferably in an international context.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex legal and business issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new software.
  • Fluency in English, and ideally another language (German, Spanish, French).
