About the Role

We're looking for a talented Legal Counsel to join our team at Revolut. As a key member of our Legal department, you'll play a crucial role in advising our local management and Human Resources team on a wide range of employment issues.

What You'll Do
  • Advise on employment law matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement employment policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance on employment-related matters, including contracts, terminations, and disputes.
  • Contribute to the development of Revolut's employment law strategy, aligning with our business objectives.
