About the Role

Omnipresent is a global employment platform that enables organizations to compliantly hire, onboard, pay, and manage their employees and contractors worldwide. Our team of global HR, legal, payroll, and benefits experts offers premium Employer of Record services in over 150 countries, ensuring compliance with tax obligations and local labor laws, timely and accurate payroll, and competitive global benefits.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, up-to-date, and professional legal advice on employment law applications.
  • Develop legal articles for bulletins and prepare FAQs to educate clients and prospects on legal matters and developments.
  • Offer advice on employment compliance and resolve employment disputes.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to advise on new solutions for our EOR product.
  • Support the Sales team with complex employment or contractual requests from potential or existing clients.
  • Support the HR team with complex employment requests from existing clients or employees.
What We're Looking For
  • A qualified legal practitioner with a minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience.
  • Post-qualification experience in international employment law is desired but not essential.
  • Ability to communicate and build rapport with key stakeholders, internally and externally.
  • Ability to deal with and resolve complex problems and relationships.
  • Detail-oriented, exercises extreme attention to detail, and seeks to understand both the cause and effect of a situation.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
