Job Title: Personal Shopping Manager

At Belmonte Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Shopping Manager to join our team. As a key member of our luxury retail team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales, improve client satisfaction, and increase brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a personalized shopping experience for our clients, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail.
  • Lead a team of personal shoppers and assistants, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they meet the highest standards of service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury brands, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of products, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to engage clients and drive sales, including social media, email marketing, and in-store promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to improve performance.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience in luxury retail management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and brands.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
