Network Security Engineer: Spanish Speaker

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Engineer to join our team in the EMEA region. As a Network Security Engineer, you will be responsible for providing 2nd level partner and support services, working closely with the Line 1 Service Desk and other delivery teams to resolve incidents and implement service requests.
Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining the Network Operating Centre (NOC), ensuring security and availability, and providing technical onboarding for partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Work on 2nd level Service Desk to resolve partner and end-user incidents across our managed and support services.
- Install, uninstall, troubleshoot, data recovery, and maintain applications, products, and equipment.
- Provide coaching guidance to 1st Level Service Desk agents.
- Escalate incidents to the next level and vendor support when the solution is unknown.
- Manage and maintain the Network Operating Centre (NOC) ensuring security and availability is maintained, customer environments are accurately monitored, and Service Desk tools remain functional.
We are looking for a Spanish Speaking (Fluent or native) English B2/C1 (verbal and written communication) professional with 3 years' experience of working as a Network Security Engineer. Experience in configuring and/or troubleshooting firewall technologies is required, as well as one or more of the following industry certifications: CompTIA Security+, SSCP, PCNSA/E, CCNA/P, JNCIA-SEC, JNCIS-SEC, JNCIA-Junos, JNCIS-ENT, CCSA, CCSE or equivalent vendor/industry certification.
Nice to HaveKnowledge in Palo Alto Products is a plus, and TD SYNNEX will fund the training to PCNSE accreditation.
