Network Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Engineer to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a Network Security Engineer, you will be responsible for providing 2nd level support services to our partners and customers in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities- Work on the 2nd level Service Desk to resolve partner and end-user incidents across our managed and support services.
- Install, uninstall, troubleshoot, data recovery, and maintain applications, products, and equipment.
- Provide coaching and guidance to 1st Level Service Desk agents.
- Evaluate and escalate incidents to the next level and vendor support when the solution is unknown.
- Manage and maintain the Network Operating Centre (NOC) ensuring security and availability is maintained, customer environments are accurately monitored, and Service Desk tools remain functional.
- Spanish Speaking (Fluent or native)
- English B2/C1 (verbal and written communication)
- 3 years' experience of working as a Network Security Engineer
- Experience in configuring and/or troubleshooting firewall technologies
- One or more of the following industry certifications: CompTIA Security+, SSCP, PCNSA/E, CCNA/P, JNCIA-SEC, JNCIS-SEC, JNCIA-Junos, JNCIS-ENT, CCSA, CCSE or equivalent vendor/industry certification.
