About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive our Company's growth in Europe. As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, working to generate qualified leads and build strong relationships with decision makers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Life Science or Consumer Health, a proven track record of lead generation, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Develop outbound prospecting strategies to connect with potential clients, utilizing tools such as LinkedIn, CRM, and SalesNavigator.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their pain points, business challenges, and alignment with our product or service.
  • Nurturing and Following Up: Maintain contact with leads who are not yet ready to buy, keeping them engaged through regular follow-up emails/calls, and share relevant content to move them closer to a buying decision.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Share insights with the Marketing team on the quality of inbound leads and what messaging resonates with prospects, and work closely with Account Executives or Sales Managers to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Continuous Learning and Improvement: Continually learn about new product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape to improve conversations with prospects.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of business development or sales experience in Life Science or Consumer Health industries
  • Self-motivated and target driven
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish

The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000-$100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
