We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payments Regulatory Specialist to join our team at AFEX Spain (110334). As a Payments Regulatory Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our payment solutions comply with all relevant regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regulatory Research: Stay up-to-date with changes in payments regulations, conducting research and analysis to ensure that our services comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Compliance Audits: Conduct regular compliance audits of our payment solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Clients Education: Provide educational materials and training to our clients on payments regulations, helping them to understand their obligations and responsibilities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our compliance and risk teams to ensure that our payment solutions align with our overall risk strategy.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or law.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a compliance or regulatory role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Language: Fluent in English, proficiency in Spanish is an asset.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
