Key Responsibilities

As a Regulatory Surveillance Specialist at Repsol SA, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing trade surveillance activities and reviewing transactions and system-generated alerts to prevent, detect, and investigate possible manipulative activities, policy violations, and/or other trading anomalies.
  • Understanding the regulatory environment relating to market abuse (including MAR and REMIT II).
  • Continually improving the Trading Compliance program and internal control structure, identifying gaps and recommending risk-mitigating solutions.
  • Developing operational compliance tools, including policies, procedures, monitoring tools via Power BI or other available resources, reporting, etc.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Law or Business, and proven experience in similar positions.
