About the Role

Ebury is a leading FinTech firm, recognized for its innovative approach to financial services. As a Product Strategist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Lending product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of new initiatives, identifying and executing improvements in current features and processes.
  • Stay informed of market, industry, and regulatory trends in lending and FinTech, providing insights to inform product decisions.
  • Support product commercialization efforts, including proposition development, business case formulation, stakeholder training, and marketing collateral creation.
  • Define, track, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product initiatives, making data-driven decisions and actions based on results.
  • Communicate product performance against KPIs to relevant stakeholders within the organization.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of stakeholder needs and behaviors to design and deliver successful product outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Technology and other stakeholders to define requirements, epics, and user stories.
Requirements
  • A strong client focus, making decisions informed by client feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), enabling clear communication of product needs and requirements to leadership, business, and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy and execution within top-tier environments, either in corporate or startups.
  • At least 3 years in a consulting or investment banking role, or experience in a high-growth fintech or neobank.
  • Successful delivery of solutions in a fast-paced, agile organization.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, capable of breaking down complex problems into manageable parts.
  • A history of grit, determination, and resourcefulness, coupled with a strong desire for professional development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders without authority.
