About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Strategist to join our team at Winning Consulting. As a Product Strategist, you will play a key role in driving the success of our projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product roadmaps.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Vision and Roadmap: Collaborate with the product team to develop and maintain a clear and inspiring product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
  2. Agile Methodologies: Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to ensure the team is aligned and on track.
  3. User Story Development: Develop, write, and test detailed user stories that guide product development and ensure a seamless user experience.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and customers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  5. Problem-Solving and Analysis: Analyze and classify user-reported issues, suggesting effective mitigation and contingency measures to keep things running smoothly.
  6. Reporting and Insights: Create comprehensive reports on user issues to inform and drive improvements.
  7. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop user stories that elevate the overall user experience.
  8. Training and Development: Create engaging training videos, documentation, and materials to support users and internal teams.
  9. Communication and Presentation: Develop impactful presentations tailored to user or back-office needs.

Requirements
  1. 4+ years of experience as an Agile Product Analyst, driving success in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  2. Proven track record in managing large-scale digital transformation and automation projects that deliver impactful results.
  3. Knowledge of the energy sector or related industries is a plus, especially in renewables, engineering, and construction.
  4. Strong understanding of IT/OT requirements for implementing innovative solutions, including expertise with web platforms, low-code technologies, and cloud-based products.
  5. Proficient with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  6. Sharp problem-solving skills with a knack for tackling complex challenges and turning them into opportunities.
  7. Fluent in English (C1 level) with strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with global teams.
