Leigh's Estates is seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour indefinite contract, offering a great salary and commission on sales. A company car for use during work hours, with petrol all paid for.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a drive to succeed. Fluency in English is required, with advanced Spanish and French or German as an asset. You will conduct viewings on our properties to pre-qualified clients, answer any questions, and provide professional service with feedback given to the office and vendors on all viewings and any actions/offers.

This role requires you to keep up-to-date with the latest real estate trends and regulations, attend networking events and meetings to promote the company and its services, communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, maintain ongoing contact with our vendors, and schedule activity reports/price revisions periodically.
