Senior Project Manager - Automotive Software Engineering

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our Automotive Software Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test frameworks and infrastructure, developing and executing test plans and test cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality and excellence.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automated test frameworks and infrastructure.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of our software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective test strategies, identify quality issues, and drive resolution.
  • Champion best practices in testing, testability, and maintainability of test suites.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process.
  • Mentor and guide junior QA team members to foster a culture of quality and excellence.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Software Engineer in Test or similar role.
  • Minimum 4 years of proficiency in Kotlin, Swift, or any other language like Java.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as XCUITest or similar.
  • In-depth understanding of testing methodologies, best practices, and tools.
  • Experience with performance testing.
  • Familiarity with CICD systems (GitHub Actions).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
