About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled User Research Operations Specialist to join our team at Docplanner Tech. As a key member of our Research Operations team, you will be responsible for partnering with researchers to understand their study objectives, determining participant criteria, and selecting sourcing methods.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with researchers to understand their study objectives, determine participant criteria, and select sourcing methods.
  2. Manage logistics for participant recruitment, ensuring a positive participant experience.
  3. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, coordinating across internal stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with Legal, Security, and Finance teams to refine research tools and processes, ensuring compliance with best practices.
  5. Oversee the acquisition and maintenance of research tools, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Update the knowledge base, enhancing discoverability of insights and structuring research repository strategies.
Requirements
  1. 2+ years of experience in research operations, project management, or related roles in Product or Customer Success teams.
  2. Proven ability to establish and lead effective participant recruitment processes.
  3. Experience collaborating with Legal, Security, and Finance teams for tool procurement and privacy compliance.
  4. Familiarity with common UX Research tools and vendor management.
  5. Experience growing a knowledge management database.
  6. Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  7. Experience conducting basic data analysis and customer segmentation to support researchers.
  8. Proficiency in English plus one or more of our languages: Portuguese, Spanish, Polish, Italian, or German.
