**Sales Operations Specialist Role**
At Doctoralia España, we are seeking a skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for monitoring our revenue KPIs and the actual performance of expected tasks within daily operations.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Tracking business results and monitoring production KPIs concerning our CRM.
- Reporting directly to our Revenue Operation Manager.
- Creating & updating automations related to sales operations processes on the Clinics segment to ensure maximal effectiveness and operational perfection both in our CRM and in other areas.
- Gathering and analyzing data in order to understand problems and address them proactively.
- Supervising KPIs, metrics and performance of local teams and providing actionable information and useful insights for team leaders and managers to improve productivity in all possible areas.
- Taking an active part of strategic projects to ensure their success and maximize business impact.
- Training sales reps on the use of the CRM tool and the processes related.
- Re-thinking processes, detecting bottlenecks, and being in constant pursuit of improvements of automations, KPIs, and tools to increase efficiency.
- Stakeholder management and collaboration with team members and members of other departments.
- Being the operational enabler to ensure leads are assigned and contacted promptly.
- Liaising with the global team to align processes with other countries.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- An undergraduate or master's degree in economics, statistics, business or a related field.
- 2 years or more of experience in sales, analytics, operations or other positions related to business development project management.
- Fluency in Spanish & English.
- Experience with CRM: Salesforce is a must.
- Excel skills.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to create reports.
- Good communication and people skills.
- The ability to learn new tools & skills easily.
- Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of SQL is ideal.
- Knowledge of Datastudio would be a plus.
- Coaching knowledge would be a plus.
