Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth in the Sales & Marketing department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans to budget, aligning with company objectives and industry trends.
  • Represent the brand in all marketing activities, adhering to Marriott International's core values and corporate strategies.
  • Create and implement on- and offline marketing strategies to drive demand and awareness for various segments.
  • Maintain frequent communication with the Digital Field Marketing Hub to ensure alignment, pull-through, and 2-way communication about online programs and initiatives.
  • Partner with property Revenue Management to verify correct offer loading and targeting.
  • Drive content creation plans for digital channels, from strategy to execution.
Requirements:

To succeed as a Senior Brand Marketing Specialist, you will need:

  • A 4-year bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related major.
  • 1-year experience in sales, marketing, digital, or a related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising agency experience preferred.
  • Leadership skills, adaptability in fast-paced environments, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Creativity, writing, and design skills.
  • Digital channels proven experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to network.
  • Team working skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Adobe Design Package handling required.
  • MS Office package knowledge.
  • Spanish and English proficiency level, spoken and written.

Estimated Salary Range:
