About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Program Manager to join our team at Celonis, the global leader in Process Mining technology. As a key member of our VE Program Management Team, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing strategic programs that drive business growth and customer value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and conceptualize strategic programs, leveraging data analysis and process mining expertise to drive business outcomes.
  • Lead and oversee program execution, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
  • Take ownership of specific program streams, driving success and mitigating risks.
  • Report to executive management on program progress and outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
