About the Role

The Customer Experience Program Manager will play a key role in developing and executing programs that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position will be responsible for owning a program of work selected from a pipeline of priorities within the Customer Experience organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve customer experience
  • Coordinate internal and external teams to execute projects within each program
  • Work cross-functionally to implement, measure, and refine elements of each program
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success
  • Communicate program progress and results to CX leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in data analysis and/or program management, preferably in B2B/SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas to stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
