Market Access Specialist

Terumo BCT, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Market Access Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the therapeutic apheresis and cell technology environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute market access strategies to enhance patient access to our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop business cases for market access initiatives.
- Analyze health economic data to inform market access decisions and develop value dossiers to support reimbursement requests.
- Engage with health technology assessment (HTA) bodies and payers to secure reimbursement and funding for our products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, payers, and HTA bodies.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as market access, health policy, or health economics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in market access, health economics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing market access strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex health economic data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
