Job Title: Market Access Specialist

Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Market Access Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the therapeutic apheresis and cell technology markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute market access strategies to support reimbursement requests and enhance access to care.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop business cases for market access initiatives.
  • Analyze health economic data sets and translate them into actionable insights to inform market access decisions.
  • Work closely with regional market access teams to develop reimbursement pathways and strategies for Spain and other selected countries.
  • Contribute to the development of healthcare systems atlases and reimbursement strategies for Terumo BCT's portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as market access, health policy, or health economics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, consulting, or medical device industry in market access or health economics.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing market access strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and commercially.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information concisely.
