Overview

Scopely is in search of a Senior Performance Product Manager (Growth) to enhance our product-led growth strategies within our popular gaming franchise.

Our diverse team of gaming enthusiasts is dedicated to innovating and advancing the mobile gaming sector, engaging millions of players globally.

We are looking for a proactive Product Growth Manager to lead our initiatives aimed at user acquisition and retention, with a focus on fostering sustainable organic growth.

Key Responsibilities Take ownership of growth metrics, implementing impactful strategies that align with our product-led growth vision. Collaborate with the Vertical Owner to refine the growth strategy, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and market dynamics. Develop roadmaps to expand our user base and enhance user engagement. Conduct thorough market and customer analysis to identify changing needs and opportunities. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, analytics, and design, to create features and experiences that drive growth. Design and evaluate experiments throughout the user journey to improve product utilization and customer interactions. Track and report on essential performance indicators, including customer retention, acquisition, activation, and conversion rates. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in product management, particularly focused on product growth within the mobile gaming or related digital sectors. Strong analytical capabilities with a commitment to data-driven decision-making. Excellent project management and communication skills, with a proven history of leading cross-functional teams effectively. Creative and resourceful, with a successful track record of overcoming challenges and implementing effective solutions. Knowledge of growth hacking strategies and familiarity with contemporary product management tools and methodologies.
