Lead Product Manager for Performance Growth

Position Overview
Scopely is in search of a Senior Performance Product Manager (Growth) to enhance our product growth strategies. This role is essential for driving our initiatives in user acquisition and retention, with a focus on fostering sustainable organic growth.As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies that align with our product-led growth vision. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the success of our latest casual game, which has quickly become a major franchise within our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of growth metrics, delivering initiatives that resonate with our product-led growth objectives.
- Collaborate with the Vertical Owner to refine the growth strategy, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and market dynamics. Develop roadmaps aimed at expanding our user base and enhancing engagement.
- Conduct thorough market and customer analysis to uncover evolving needs and opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, analytics, and design, to create features and experiences that are growth-oriented.
- Design and assess experiments throughout the user journey to boost product utilization and influence customer behavior.
- Track and report on critical performance indicators, including customer retention, acquisition, activation, and conversion rates.
- Demonstrated experience in product management, particularly in product growth within the mobile gaming or related digital sectors.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with a proven history of leading cross-functional teams effectively.
- Innovative mindset with a track record of overcoming challenges and implementing effective solutions.
- Knowledge of growth hacking techniques and familiarity with contemporary product management tools and methodologies.
