Position Overview:

Role Summary:

As a Salesforce and E-commerce Specialist, you will be pivotal in assisting our regional teams with their daily operations within the system. Additionally, you will engage in significant projects, particularly in the global rollout of a new e-commerce platform tailored for our Industrial Business.

Success in this position requires exceptional communication and collaboration across various functions and regions, with a focus on supporting both the EMEA and North American markets. Flexibility in work hours is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide initial support for issues related to integrated systems, collaborating with IT specialists to resolve problems.
  • Manage ad hoc reporting and dashboard requests.
  • Oversee ongoing data maintenance and cleanup tasks.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and bug fixes, including preparation and delivery of end-user training.

Webshop Specific Duties:

  • Assist the EMEA and North American regions in implementing the new webshop, focusing on UAT, training, and data cleanup.
  • Enhance user adoption by refining the user experience through standardization, documentation, training, and continuous usability improvements.
  • Supervise and automate processes related to onboarding and maintenance of customer accounts.
  • Execute regular cleanup and maintenance activities, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure product data availability for new product introductions and marketing campaigns.
  • Generate E-Commerce KPIs and analytics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient knowledge and experience in Salesforce is essential, with a preference for familiarity with SAP - SD/OTC.
  • A passion for troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities.
  • A creative mindset, capable of adapting to evolving business requirements.
  • A proactive self-starter with strong prioritization and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
