Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce and E-commerce Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our regional users with their day-to-day work in the system, while also contributing to new initiatives, especially in the global implementation of a new e-commerce storefront for the Industrial Business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide first-line support for issues relating to Salesforce and integrated systems, connecting with IT specialists where required to drive issue resolution.
  2. Handle ad hoc report and dashboard requests.
  3. Coordinate and execute ongoing data maintenance and clean-up activities.
  4. Run UAT for any new features or bug fixes, preparing and conducting end-user training.
  5. Support EMEA and NA region to implement the new webshop with UAT/training and data cleanup activities.
  6. Contribute to adoption by improving the user experience through standardization, documentation, training, and ongoing usability improvement initiatives.
  7. Responsible for supervising and automating activities related to onboarding and maintenance of customer accounts.
  8. Run constant clean-up and maintenance activities, connecting with responsible teams to ensure e.g. product data availability for introducing new products or marketing for aligning on special campaigns.
  9. Generate E-commerce KPIs and analytics to identify opportunities and improvement areas.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a similar field.
  • Good knowledge and experience in Salesforce is required, ideally experience with SAP - SD/OTC.
  • Enjoy troubleshooting and problem-solving analytically.
  • Good data analysis skills.
  • Creative Mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving business needs.
  • A motivated self-starter who thrives on prioritization and follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
