Key Responsibilities:
- Provide computer systems troubleshooting and support to our corporate user base of approximately 150 users across multiple offices.
- Respond to IT-related issues and work with external service providers and vendors to ensure SLAs are met.
- Provide timely and consistent support, acknowledging and recording all issues and requests.
- Handle network and desktop setup for new employees and office moves.
- Assist with the migration to new enterprise tooling applications and services.
- Work closely with security teams to establish and enforce security standards and policies.
- Manage hardware inventory and purchasing requests.
- Manage printers and queues systems.
- Create documentation for corporate policies and processes.
- Provide IT and Enterprise tooling training for all company employees.
- Support backup and restore policy of users' equipment.
Requirements:
- Experience in providing technical support and assistance to employees.
- Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and desktop environments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
