Senior Contracts Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Specialist to join Amazon Digital Spain S.L.U. - N22 in a key role that will support the company's rapidly growing businesses. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements, and effectively working cross-functionally with other teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Negotiate, document, and manage a variety of television development and production agreements, including short-form individual services agreements.
  2. Manage paperwork and legal processes, advising creative, finance, and other internal stakeholders on contractual terms.
  3. Manage projects through the right management system, conducting periodic audits to ensure contractual and guild compliance.
  4. Assist with legal operations and process improvements, conducting client trainings.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a contracts manager or paralegal.
  • Experience working with third-party contractual relationships.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous in-house legal experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams, clients, and projects under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrates good judgment even in ambiguous situations.
