About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Specialist to join our team at Amazon Digital Spain S.L.U. - N22. As a key member of our contracts management team, you will play a critical role in supporting our rapidly growing businesses in the EU.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate, document, and manage various television development and production agreements, including short-form individual services agreements.
  • Manage paperwork and legal processes, advising creative, finance, and other internal stakeholders on contractual terms.
  • Manage projects through the right management system and conduct periodic audits to ensure contractual and guild compliance.
  • Assist with legal operations and process improvements and conduct client trainings.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a contracts manager or paralegal.
  • Experience working with third-party contractual relationships.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous in-house legal experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage many simultaneous workstreams, clients, and projects under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrates good judgment even in ambiguous situations.
