Job Title: Clinical Research Contracts Specialist

ESP Labcorp Development S.A.U. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Contracts Specialist to join our EMEA Site Agreements team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and negotiating site agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other contracts for sponsors who contract us to perform clinical research services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and negotiate site agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other contracts for sponsors
  • Maintain and contribute to contracts tracking and status systems
  • Support maintenance of paper and electronic file systems
  • Responsible for following SOPs, including departmental SOPs, and completing study-related duties in accordance with relevant process documents
Requirements:
  • Work experience in clinical research, including a strong working knowledge of ICH guidelines and FDA, IRB/IEC regulations
  • Minimum years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the key responsibilities of the job
  • University/College degree
  • Fluent local language and English
