**Job Summary**

We are looking for a skilled Operations Manager to lead our Cluster/Community Performance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the performance of our team, ensuring that we meet our operational goals and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

• **Performance Management**: Manage the performance of the Cluster/Community Performance team, including coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential.

• **Operational Excellence**: Ensure that our operations are running smoothly and efficiently, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth.

• **Client Advocacy**: Partner with clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to improve their product, business, processes, and policies.

• **People Management**: Manage the attendance and performance of team members, identifying areas for improvement and developing training plans to equip staff with the necessary skills and knowledge.

• **Communication**: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned with our goals and objectives.

**Requirements**

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager who possesses:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (preferred but not required)

• Three years of operations and management experience, with a focus on process transformation

• Three to Four years of experience in banking/financial services, particularly in collections

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements

• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues

• Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner

• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications
