**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Tricare Beneficiary Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our military families and ensuring they receive the best possible healthcare services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Verify benefits eligibility and process enrollments, disenrollments, and portability transfers using the Defense Online Enrollment System (DOES) and Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) systems.
  • Provide customer support and assistance to TRICARE eligible beneficiaries, including education and enrollment support.
  • Assist in operating an integrated healthcare delivery system for all eligible beneficiaries overseas.
  • Collaborate with the Defense Health Agency (DHA) to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services.
