Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat services.
- Listen actively to customer concerns and resolve issues in a courteous and professional manner.
- Research and provide accurate information to customers, utilizing knowledge base and training materials.
- Escalate customer concerns to managerial team as necessary.
- Meet or exceed first call resolution targets.
- Attend meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company knowledge, systems, and processes.
- Adhere to attendance and work schedule requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (40+ words per minute with 95% accuracy).
- Grammar Assessment passing score > 85%.
- Excellent comprehension skills score > 90%.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms is an advantage.
Physical Requirements:
This role operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
Conditions of Employment:
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
- Must be willing to submit to a background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening.
