Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated customer service representative to join our team at Mass Markets. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat services.
  • Listen actively to customer concerns and resolve issues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Research and provide accurate information to customers, utilizing knowledge base and training materials.
  • Escalate customer concerns to managerial team as necessary.
  • Meet or exceed first call resolution targets.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company knowledge, systems, and processes.
  • Adhere to attendance and work schedule requirements.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (40+ words per minute with 95% accuracy).
  • Grammar Assessment passing score > 85%.
  • Excellent comprehension skills score > 90%.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms is an advantage.

Physical Requirements:

This role operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.

  • Must be willing to submit to a background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.
