Job Title: Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spanish speaking customer service representative to join our team at MCI. As a customer service agent, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and respond to inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Listen to customer needs and resolve any concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Utilize systems and technology to complete tasks and follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures.
  • Comply with requirements surrounding confidential information and personal information.
  • Escalate customer concerns with the managerial team as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and speak fluent Spanish and English.
  • 6 months voice, email, and chat support call center experience as a Spanish Agent.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Familiarity with a computer, Windows PC applications, and ability to learn new and complex computer system applications.
