Job Title: Head of Workforce Planning and Talent Development

About the Role: As the Head of Workforce Planning and Talent Development at Page Executive, you will be responsible for planning the workforce, anticipating medium- and long-term staffing needs, and implementing the necessary actions and processes to attract, hire, and retain top talent. You will also identify potential and design career plans in coordination with succession and implementation of the annual training plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workforce Planning: Anticipate and plan for medium- and long-term staffing needs to ensure the company's goals and objectives are met.
  • Talent Acquisition: Implement processes to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Succession Planning: Identify potential and design career plans in coordination with succession.
  • Training and Development: Implement the annual training plan to develop employees' skills and abilities.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Ensure internal equity and implement a fair compensation system.
  • Employee Relations: Implement a system for evaluating and monitoring the work climate and job satisfaction.
  • Administrative Procedures: Define and implement administrative procedures (contracts, payroll, social security, and employee rights).
  • Labor Relations: Prevent and resolve conflicts through effective communication and negotiation.
