Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for assisting clients with opening trading accounts, answering queries, and providing general information about our platforms and services.
Estimated Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients to open trading accounts
- Answering e-mails, amending existing accounts, maintaining client records, and liaising with appropriate departments
- Handles welcome calls/call-back requests
- Maintains contact with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Provides general information regarding platforms and services offered
- Handling of back-office queries
- Supporting clients with technical and troubleshooting issues
- Dealing with customer complaints promptly and effectively
- Providing support and troubleshooting on Meta Trader platforms
- Liaising with all departments to resolve issues
- Suggests ideas and actions to develop the market
- Coordinates with the marketing departments regarding planning seminars, expos, and translations of certain campaigns
- Forwards any issues or requests to the head of the department and/or the appropriate department
- Educates the customer where applicable
Requirements:
- Graduated with a College/University degree
- Qualifications in economics/finance or any related field is a plus
- Excellent command of the English and Japanese languages, both verbal and written (C1)
- Relevant experience in the forex industry would be considered an advantage
- Flexible to work on a weekly rotating shift 24/7 (morning/afternoon/night)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with strong experience using MS Office applications, trading platforms, CRM Systems, Chat, and email systems to monitor performance
- Works independently and as part of a team with a willingness to ensure results are achieved
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment
