Job Title: Account Health Specialist with Portuguese Language Support
Job Summary:
Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Account Health Specialist with expertise in Portuguese language support to join our team. As an Account Health Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our business partners, ensuring their compliance with Amazon policies, and resolving issues related to Amazon's business policies, operational processes, and technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class support to Sellers selling on the Amazon platform, ensuring their compliance with Amazon policies.
- Interact with Sellers from across the world via phone and email, answering their questions and resolving their issues.
- Utilize a wide variety of software tools to navigate various Selling Partner Accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions.
- Redirect difficult phone conversations with pre-suspension and post-suspension level Sellers who are in poor standing.
Requirements:
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with the ability and flexibility to adapt to change effectively.
- Strong record of customer focus and a keen interest in process improvement.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Sellers from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
