AltamarCAM Partners is seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Analyst to join our team. As an Asset Management Analyst, you will play a key role in the structuring and management of our Direct Investment Platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Participate in the listing process of Direct Investment Platforms
  • Contribute to the financing and refinancing process of Direct Investment Platforms
  • Monitor and manage the performance of Direct Investment Platforms
  • Track and analyze the evolution of the Platforms and compliance with business plans
  • Monitor the treasury of the Direct Investment Platforms
  • Review Financial Statements and prepare budgets and business plans
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and advisors
  • Prepare and participate in Boards of Directors
  • Prepare quarterly reports
  • Monitor and control regulatory obligations (CNMV, listed market, etc.)
  • Track and monitor the Funds (treasury, portfolio evolution, valuations)

**Requirements**

  • 2 years of experience in auditing firms (preferably Big4), financial sector entities, or management consulting firms
  • Autonomous, fast, and efficient person with the ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical capacity
  • Planning and organization skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Capacity for teamwork
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word...)
  • Essential proficiency level of English
  • Excellent academic record
